4.3. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material. DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction.

4.4. This product includes the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) revision question bank.

4.5. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

4.6. Users acknowledge that this app is not a DVSA product and does not contain the live theory test questions.

4.7. Any additional content created by the developer (such as new questions, case studies, or hazard perception clips) is not DVSA material and is provided solely by the app owner.

4.8. Any content created using AI tools remains Crown copyright under the delegation of authority held by DVSA and must be clearly identified as AI-generated.

4.9. Any use of the app’s materials outside of personal use (copying, publishing, distribution, etc.) is prohibited without prior written permission from the app owner.

5. Changes to the Terms of Use

5.1. We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon their publication in the app.

5.2. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
